Every seagoing ship can deliver ship-generated waste and cargo residues at a port reception facility. The Amsterdam port region offers facilities for all kinds of waste.
The sea ports in the North Sea Canal area have a joined Port Waste Plan. You can read the full Port Waste Plan here (link is in Dutch). Here you find the implementation of Wet voorkoming verontreiniging door schepen (Prevention of pollution from ships act).
