The area indicated in drawing N0773_v02 (see Appendix), located in the Mercuriushaven near the lay-by jetty for inland ships at the tail end is closed to shipping traffic due to the construction of a new lay-by jetty for coasters.
The works include:
- Removal of the old lay-by jetty for inland ships;
- Dredging operations;
- Construction of a new embankment;
- Construction of new lay-by jetty for coasters.
During the period mentioned above, the activities will be carried out from Monday to Friday from 06.00 to 16.00 LT. The work ships involved in this construction project will keep a listening watch on VHF channel 04.
