New waiting berth Afrikahaven

Due to stricter ISPS regulations, it had become impossible to combine the car drop-off point/drinking water tapping point at the mouth of Afrikahaven with a coaster waiting area on the other side of the jetty.
That's why we chose to keep the car drop-off area and drinking water tap point and find another solution for waiting coasters. The vacant berth has been modified and from now on designated as a waiting berth for inland navigation without a blue cone.
