No trash bags next to containers

Port of Amsterdam has placed containers at various locations where bargees can dispose their waste free of charge. These bins are emptied every Tuesday or earlier if the container is full.
Unfortunately, we notice a lot of garbage bags are left next to the garbage bins. This is of course not allowed and can lead to many nuisances, such as vermin.
More enforcement
Do you want to dispose trash bags and you notice the container is full? Take your garbage bags back on board and throw the bags in a container at another location. In the near future, we will increase enforcement on garbarge bags next to containers. If there is no improvement, there is a chance that we will start charging money for disposing of garbage.
